Day 2- Fri, 7th Nov 2014

Exercise: –

Breakfast: Uji Cha, Granola

Lunch: Gado-gado

Snack: Plain Fairy Cake

Dinner: Mixed Rice

Dessert: Iced Lolly

Didn’t wake up at 7.15 today and decided to sleep in. Slightly disappointed in myself for not making the effort to get up but I’m not going to let that get me. So back to the cleaning and doing work and while the weekends are my ‘cheat’ days, I’m going to try to be more mindful of what I’m putting in my body.
